At Catholic Clothing Collection, we are committed to providing you with high-quality faith-based products. All of our products are made-to-order through trusted print-on-demand partners, ensuring that each item is created specifically for you.


Print-on-Demand Products

Because all Catholic Clothing Collection products are custom-made and produced only once ordered, we maintain the following policies:

What We Accept for Returns/Refunds

We offer free reprints or full refunds for products that arrive:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective or flawed in manufacturing
  • Misprinted or incorrect
  • Wrong item sent

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of product delivery.

To process your claim, please contact us at info@catholicclothingcollection.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We do not require you to return damaged or defective items. Once your claim is validated, we will offer you the choice of a free reprint or a full refund.


What We Do Not Accept for Returns/Refunds

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size ordered (please refer to our size charts before ordering)
  • Incorrect color selected
  • Minor variations in print placement (tolerance of 0.5 inches)
  • Natural characteristics of print-on-demand products (slight color variations between screen and print)
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or used

We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and color options before placing an order.


Lost or Undelivered Packages

Packages Lost in Transit

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will:

  1. Investigate with the shipping carrier
  2. Provide a free replacement order when deemed appropriate
  3. Issue a refund if a replacement is not feasible

Returned to Sender

Orders may be returned to our fulfillment partners for reasons including:

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or illegible shipping address
  • Unclaimed packages at post office or delivery location
  • Refused delivery

If your order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address you provided, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. If the return was due to a carrier error or our error, we will reship at no additional cost to you.

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We recommend using the address verification tools at checkout.


Refund Processing

Refund Timeline:

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account

Shipping Costs:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error or defective products
  • If you receive a refund for a defective item, full shipping costs will be refunded

Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item:

  1. Contact us about the issue with your current order
  2. If eligible for a return, we will process a refund
  3. You may then place a new order for your preferred item

International Orders

All policies apply equally to domestic and international orders. Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country
  • These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are not refundable
