Print-on-demand means that every product is custom-made specifically for you after you place your order. We don’t keep inventory sitting in a warehouse. Instead, when you order, your product is created fresh, printed with your selected design, and then shipped directly to you. This allows us to offer a wide variety of products and designs without waste.

Who makes your products?

We partner with trusted print-on-demand manufacturers located around the world, including Printful, Printify, Subliminator, AOP, Gelato, PrintKK, and Teelaunch. These partners use state-of-the-art printing technology and maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure you receive the best possible product.

Where are your products made?

Our products are manufactured at facilities worldwide, including locations in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, and Asia. Your order is automatically routed to the facility closest to you to ensure faster production and delivery times.

Do you have a physical store?

We operate exclusively online at catholicclothingcollection.com. This allows us to offer a wider selection of products at better prices while serving customers anywhere in the world.

Can I customize products with my own designs?

Currently, we offer our curated collection of faith-based designs. If you’re interested in custom designs for bulk orders (parishes, schools, organizations), please contact us at info@catholicclothingcollection.com to discuss your needs.


Ordering

How do I place an order?

  7. Review your order and complete payment

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, no. Because our products are custom-made and production begins immediately, we cannot modify orders once they’re placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at info@catholicclothingcollection.com—we may be able to help if production hasn’t started yet.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled before production begins, typically within a few hours of placing the order. Contact us immediately at info@catholicclothingcollection.com with your order number. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Total time: Typically 5-27 business days from order to delivery

This includes:

  • Production: 2-7 business days (custom making your product)
  • Shipping: 3-20 business days (depending on your location)

Domestic US orders usually arrive within 10-14 days total. International orders take longer due to distance and customs processing.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. If you don’t receive it within a few hours, check your spam folder or contact us at info@catholicclothingcollection.com.

What if I make a mistake with my shipping address?

Contact us immediately at info@catholicclothingcollection.com. We may be able to correct the address if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses you provided will require payment for reshipping.

What printing methods do you use?

We use several professional printing methods:

  • Direct-to-Garment (DTG): High-quality printing directly onto fabric, ideal for detailed designs on cotton and cotton blends
  • Dye Sublimation: Dye becomes part of the fabric, creating vibrant, permanent colors on polyester materials
  • All-Over Print (AOP): Prints cover the entire garment surface, including seams
  • Screen Printing: Durable ink application for bold, long-lasting designs

The method used depends on the product type and material.

What quality can I expect?

All our products undergo multi-step quality control inspections before shipping. Our print partners have decades of experience and use professional-grade equipment. However, as custom-made products, minor variations are normal and not considered defects (see below).

What are “normal variations” in print-on-demand products?

Due to the custom nature of production, the following are considered normal and not defects:

  • Slight color differences between your screen and the printed product
  • Minor print placement variations (up to 0.5 inches)
  • Small white lines near seams on all-over print products
  • Slight variations in fabric texture
  • Temporary vinegar-like smell from eco-friendly, water-based inks (washes away)

Are your inks and materials safe?

Yes! We use:

  • Eco-friendly, water-based inks
  • Non-toxic printing processes
  • High-quality fabrics and materials
  • Safe, durable products suitable for regular use

Why does my item smell like vinegar?

This is completely normal! The temporary vinegar-like odor comes from the eco-friendly, water-based inks used in the printing process. It will completely dissipate after the first wash. Simply wash your item before wearing and the smell will be gone.

What if I see white residue or discoloration on my garment?

Don’t worry—this is not a stain! It’s residual material from the printing process and will wash away completely after the first wash. Always wash new items before wearing.


Sizing & Fit

How do I find the right size?

Every product page includes a detailed size chart. We strongly recommend:

  1. Measuring yourself or a similar garment you own
  2. Comparing your measurements to our size chart
  3. Reading customer reviews for fit feedback
  4. When in doubt, size up

Do your products run true to size?

Sizing varies by product and manufacturer. Always check the specific size chart for each product. Customer reviews often include helpful fit information.

What if I order the wrong size?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections. Since all products are custom-made to order, please carefully review size charts before ordering. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for sizing mistakes.

Can I exchange for a different size?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you received a damaged or defective product, we’ll send a replacement. For wrong size orders, we cannot provide exchanges or refunds since products are made-to-order.

Are your garments pre-shrunk?

Most of our garments are pre-shrunk, but some minimal shrinkage may occur with washing. Follow care instructions carefully, especially:

  • Wash in cold water
  • Tumble dry on low heat or air dry
  • Remove promptly when dry

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

Common reasons include:

How can I get my order faster?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and offer refunds or replacements for:

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • ✗ Change of mind / buyer’s remorse
  • ✗ Wrong size or color ordered
  • ✗ Normal print-on-demand variations
  • ✗ Items that have been worn or washed

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

How do I return a defective product?

  1. Email info@catholicclothingcollection.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number
  3. Provide clear photos showing the defect
  4. Describe the issue
  5. State your preference: replacement or refund

We’ll review your claim and respond within 24-48 hours. You do NOT need to ship the item back to us.

How long do refunds take?

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Are shipping costs refundable?

Original shipping costs are only refunded if we made an error or sent a defective product. For customer convenience returns (where permitted), shipping costs are non-refundable.

What if I receive a damaged package?

Can I return an item I just don’t like?

Product Care

How should I wash my items?

For Apparel:

  • Wash in cold water (30°C/86°F max)
  • Turn inside out before washing
  • Use mild detergent
  • Air dry or tumble dry on low heat
  • Iron inside out on low heat (avoid printed areas)

For Mugs/Drinkware:

  • Hand wash recommended
  • Top rack dishwasher safe
  • Avoid abrasive scrubbers

Should I wash items before wearing?

Yes! Always wash new items before first use to remove any production residue and eliminate the temporary vinegar-like odor from eco-friendly inks.

Can I use bleach?

No, never use bleach on our products. It will damage the printed designs and may discolor the fabric.

Can I iron the design?

Do not iron directly on printed areas. If ironing is necessary, turn the garment inside out and iron on low heat. For best results, avoid ironing printed designs altogether.

Will the design fade or crack?

With proper care, your designs will remain vibrant and intact for years. To maximize longevity:

  • Wash in cold water
  • Avoid high heat when drying
  • Don’t use harsh chemicals or bleach
  • Turn garments inside out when washing
  • Follow all care instructions

My print feels rough—is this normal?

Yes! Direct-to-garment prints may feel slightly textured when new. This is completely normal and the texture will soften with washing and wearing.


Order Issues

What if I receive the wrong item?

  • Photos of the incorrect item
  • Description of what you received vs. what you ordered

We’ll send the correct item at no cost to you.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We’ll provide a free replacement or full refund—your choice. You don’t need to return the damaged item.

What if colors look different than on the website?

Slight color variations between screens and printed products are normal due to:

  • Different screen calibrations and settings
  • Fabric texture affecting color appearance
  • Lighting conditions in photos vs. real life
  • Natural variations in the printing process

Significant color errors are covered under our quality guarantee.

The design placement looks off—is this a defect?

Minor print placement variations up to 0.5 inches are normal and not considered defects. This is standard in the print-on-demand industry. If placement is significantly off (more than 0.5 inches), contact us for review.

What if there are white lines on my all-over print item?

Small white lines near seams and edges are a normal characteristic of all-over print products. The fabric is printed before being sewn, and slight gaps at seams are expected and not considered defects.

I found a mistake in the design itself—what should I do?

Contact us immediately at info@catholicclothingcollection.com with details. If there’s an error in our design, we’ll make it right.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to:
